Need a few laughs? - old and burned out

Since there are NJA, thought I would post a few laughs brought to you by ASR. Parentheses indicate what should have been typed.
1. The patient is separated from his bowels (spouse).
2. The patient had a couple of glasses (episodes) of liquid stool. Ummm!
3. The incident happened when the patient was eating a prostate (raw steak).
