Posted: Oct 30, 2009
Just got done on an ASR job that was 1256 seconds long and I had to put it all in a standard of 24 headings!!! God help me!
Sounds like an F11 to me. - kiki

Also, make a stink to your CCM that this dictator/work type shouldn't be on ASR. I did that once a while back, and after probably a month or two of griping it finally happened, though who knows for how long....

In my case, it lasted all of a month's time...then it went right back on ASR. Shame on them! F11 F11 F11. For anyone not using this feature, keep a log if you decide to. We're only allowed a certain number a month. Check with your CCM on exact amount.

ASR is getting worse as each day goes by. It is immoral that we have to work with such junk and get paid less for it, and it should be illegal. Honestly, a lot of times I change the insert button to overtype and go for it because I know I can go a better and faster job, but if it is is really horrible, I will F11 it. At this point I'm not bothering with trying to help a system learn when it continually makes the same mistakes over and over. It is plainly not working like it should. I'm sure management knows this and does not care...and I've already wasted too much time and lost too much money to care either. But, on those long reports like you just had when you have to use standards...do yourself a favor. First of all report it to your CCM and the ASR coordinator take it off the system. If they refuse, F11 it. Maybe if enough of us did this they might eventually get the message, but I'm not holding my breath waiting for that to happen.
Just know that you are not alone.
ASR should only be 5 headings or less - so sorry

When I took the training for ASR they told us right out that any report standards with 6 or more headings were not/should not be on ASR. 24 is unacceptable. Of course, now my accounts have their headings down to 5 or less which is still a pain but is not 24. Good luck!
I am listening to this impossible doctor, it sounds like the is saying the patient takes Imitrex and Eskit(?) for migraines. What is that second med? Any suggestions?
Thanks ...
I got on this new account and the Management on this team are so anal, I just started and training a week and a half ago on some very difficut doctors. One doc is so fast but I don't have an ear for him yet, so I sent it to my team lead and she found what she called a critical error (sentence missing). I felt like I committed a crime and now feel like she is building a case against me.
They said they don't want any more errors and I have to take as long as I have to to figure out ...
Sentence: She has her usual migraine symptoms with photophobia, photofoamia and vomiting. She was very clear with the "photofoamia". Can't find under any possible spelling. Ideas? Thanks! ...
