Since we are not supposed to log on to DQS without being logged on to Schedule Source, what do you do when you first log on for the day and get NJA? Any jobs that do come in will automatically go to those MTs already logged in and working. If you log on to both DQS and SS, you burn up the clock waiting for a job. I'm not so sure I'm willing to abide by this rule.

in after. I have always punched in after the job downloads. I have SS ready to go, all I have to do is click on the clock on button, so it is only a matter of a few seconds difference. No one has ever given me a problem over it.

I log in the DQS, and after the job loads, I punch in at SS. If there's no job there, I stay logged in until a job turns up, then punch in. If you keep logging in and out of both SS and dQS, any jobs that DO come in will go to someone already working.

I do not stay logged into DQS. I log in periodically. If I get a job, then I sign into SS.

I know that you can get written up if there is more than a certain amount of time discrepancy between logging in/out of TeamWork and DQS. I'm not sure what the exact number is.

Having said that, I always clock in before I go into DQS and clock out after I log out of DQS. If there is NJA, I wait a while and then follow procedure. You can just as easily clock back out and then clock in again once the work picks up and continue your shift versus not clocking in at all and having no record that you did.

It's never been an issue for me doing it that way for over 3 years now.

I've just been hired recently by Keystrokes and was checking out the intranet, DQM, and other stuff. I saw the line count area but couldnt' find where to check my schedule, etc.. The last place I worked at we had to clock in and out on an electronic time card. Where are our hours recorded, or is there even a time card used? I guess I'm losing it. I have written down here that my Ultipro log-in is firstname.lastname.mt.us.mmodal.com (where firstname = my first name and lastname = my last name, of course). I know, or at least I'm pretty sure, I have logged in before using that. Today it says I don't exist. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? thanks ...

It is telling me unathorized and use correct form. Using ADP # and password Medquist, but not working.
