Seriously, nothing has changed, not doing it, sink away Titanic. What is this 7 months of mandatory OT now and always Wednesday through Sunday.

Our POD already has July closed and August is close with pretty much everyone being denied to take PTO. In fact our TSM warned us that July was going to be incredibly busy. Not buying what you are selling.

I think there has been a massive Exodus instead and where are all of these MTs coming from? I doubt they are experienced, because most MTs with any experience will not work for this company.

It is probably in India, and that is what they want; cheap labor and they justify that by saying there are no American MTs any longer and that is because this despicable company has run all of them off (at least from M*Modal). No PTO for the summer, that blows! Again MTs being punished for their mistakes. What a company!

I hope it sinks too.

they have hired 3 (THREE) new HDS's, and maybe more by the end of the month. doesn't sound like a massive hiring to me. i bet those 3 won't last a month.

Maybe from Canada also, as these are the company's new ventures and for cheaper. The big companies have persecuted all the US MTs over all these years. But wait until they see what is expected. Had 27 in the class only 2 new.

Ours keeps dropping hints. Like take advantage of the OT - while it is available.

I hope they do hire MTs and this OT nonsense is over and done with, not that I do it, I am just tired of the browbeating e-mails.

Of course, like Nuance they can hire thousands of MTs, all from India or some other third world country.

Since they have destroyed this profession to practically nothing, worse than working at McD's, etc., they are going to go for the cheap labor and again, the American MTs get the shaft.

I do believe there are other places to work that are better than this place though and I for one, will be happy when I find one or something, because if I can't even take a few days off in the summer time, I am outta here.

I am so sick of this company, I can hardly stand it and it just isn't worth it to stay working for them, it is going nowhere fast.

Unless they put whoever, wherever through some kind of school first or massive training program? My notice goes in Aug 1 anyway so I could not care less. Just want to be free of this place
