Do you think each region has to cut down a percentage? Do you think they are trying to eliminate the higher paid?

It's just a guess but I would say MMEs will be the last to go, since somebody has to proof the work from India. No wonder they sent out that email the other day encouraging people to become MMEs.

I need some help deciding what to do and wonder if you could offer your thoughts. I currently work for one company as an IC that will be switching everything over to ASR and cutting my line rate down to 4 cpl because "this is the industry standard." But, I have another company that I recently sent a resume to, which also offered me 4 cpl for ASR, but this company would be an employee position with benefits (medical, dental, PTO, etc).
