How to get to backog in DQManage - ee

Posted: Mar 12, 2010

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get to the DQManage page where I can access dr information and backlog of reports.

I can get to the L hand list for looking up reports by number for up to 2 months, it is there when I check my line count.  But there is nothing there about searching for anything else other than a search for 2 months of reports I have transcribed.  MQ sends out an email with instructions but the instructions are for after you get into the correct section of DQManage and my manager sends the same type of information but how do I get to that part of DQManage?  I am at my witts end.  Any help is truly appreciated.  Thank you.

In DQM, under user name enter your ID number, adding beginning zeros to make it 6 digits, then dep (001234dep). Use your regular password. I don't need to add a company number.

You may have to call support if this doesn't work, and they will get you set up.

When it opens, click on "status" on the left top.

there are 2 different DQM screens - mt

the screen that comes up when you hit F5 or F9 is not the same one you log into when searching for reports. I found this out quite by accident! If you are in the DQM screen that F9 brings up, click on "logout." It will bring you to another DQM login screen. Type in your regular user name with "dep" after it. Same password, same company code.

The first time I did it, it said my account needed to be activated, so I had to call support. I was on the phone for literally about 3 minutes, they had it reset, and I was good to go.

The only bad thing I see is that you have to keep loggin or logging out of whichever DQM screen you need. You cannot check your lines on the same page you are searching for reports, and vice versa. All in all, though, I really like it. It has saved me from quite a few blanks so far :)

Thanks for this info, I have been confused. n/m - adios

after reading all those intructions over and over and getting nowhere, here you come and bring it home with one keystroke. Bless your heart!!! I still have to get activated but at least I know I am where I am supposed to be. thank you, thank you, thank you.

Agree - DQM 2 versions

There are 2 completely different versions, you have to completey "LOG OUT" of one version before the other works. If you are in the version looking up old reports, then hit F5, it won't be right either. You have actually hit LOG OUT between versions to make either version work right.
