DocQManage is doing all kinds of weird things when you go into it since the update.

What's with the change in URL from www to sso? - still https. Is it safe? nm

Yellow cursor jumping to the bottom of the page and staying there. Spell check stopping on correctly spelled headings. Wish they would just leave well enough alone.

Then they will have work for the next 2 weeks until the next scheduled downtime - when they can break it again! It seems like we didn't have as many problems before CB swallowed us. There was mention on MQ Central of some IT work being shifted over to India some months ago.

Anybody else still having DQM problems today (11/5)? Support was not helpful. I can now get into DQM but it takes a couple MINUTES which doesn't help when transcribing! At least it is now moving through the "problems with security certificate" screen.

old computer fried, got new computer and setup everything. Now I can't remember to cilck on DQS or DQmanage to work. My brain is fried too! LOL. Which do we work in? ...

I tried that 112350 number and then I tried that 57539 number. It was 57545. Not working. So, I am not able to get into the log and find out what reports we have anymore? ...

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get to the DQManage page where I can access dr information and backlog of reports.I can get to the L hand list for looking up reports by number for up to 2 months, it is there when I check my line count. But there is nothing there about searching for anything else other than a search for 2 months of reports I have transcribed. MQ sends out an email with instructions but the instructions are for after you get into the correct section of DQ ...
