for MM ever come here and read any of these posts?  They are probably missing some valuable info if they don't, since most of these posts have certainly discouraged me, an MT with 25 years of experience in literally all types of reports and tons of experience with ESL, from every wanting to work for this company.

If you take a look around, the other companies dont seem to have a great reputation either. On any given day the most people I see at peak time for this site is about 300 visitors maybe more/maybe less meaning only a handful of MTs actually visit this site. MM alone employs 5,000 MTs so the opinions here dont reflect the majority.

reflect the majority, and I think more people come here than you think. Anybody and everybody I know in this field knows about this site, without me mentioning it to them. So you see 300 visitors at one time. Do you think everybody that comes here all come together at one time? Besides, don't polls and surveys make their results based on a small amount of people to get their overall results? I'm willing to bet that the majority of people that work for this company feel pretty much the same.

Of course not all 5000 MM employees use this site, at least not all at once, but the opinions expressed on here ARE those of the majority here in the USA. If MM was a decent company to work for you wouldn't see all the complaining on here.

I know for sure that both my QA and TSM come here - but higher than that I do not know nm

Why wouldnt you? easy way to see what the worker bees really think..Too bad we cant use names, it would make it so much easier for them to see themselves in the posts..There are some really great managers and some really awful ones..

Yes, one of our managers (higher than CCM-type) held a meeting and in the meeting, she specifically mentioned this site and what was being said on here. The meeting was not for the purposes to discuss forums, but she felt she wanted to clarify for us some things that were being said here. I don't think anybody believed a word of what she was saying, but she said it.

Only a handful of MTs come here and they seem to bash the all the companies.

If they took this site seriously, they'd be foolish.

10, M.A.Y.B.E 15 (and thats stretching it) MModal MTs that post here regularly. Not hardly the pulse of the company. In fact, I dont think any company could check the pulse of their workers here, just not a big enough percentage. Not to mention that some of the people that post here dont even work for MModal just like all the people that post on this site are not MTs.

It is not just this board. Wait for the survey to be revealed which will be worse by the whole company than just this board with a few being posted.

I work for a group of surgeons at a medical school and one of my doctors received an advertisement from this company.  I had never heard of them before and when I did a search the posts were from 2006-08.  I checked out their website and it almost sounds too good to be true as far as flexibility, etc.  I have no idea what they pay, but thought I would mention it as it may be a good company for someone out there. Did Imedx Managment Contact Hospitals About Epic Yet?

It was on 02/03/2015 that DH notified many employees of Imedx that EPIC was going to be used on some of Imedx accounts and she/Imedx had no idea of this change. The question now is: After 5 business days, did she/Imedx bother to call the hospitals and ask them when they will take 100% of the work away and convert to EPIC? No, she did not. No Imedx did not. They dont care. I think the hospitals announced themselves this week that they do not need to give any notice. WHEN IS IMEDX GOING TO ASK W ...
