Consistent work - anon

Anyone on an account with consistent work? I am thinking of applying but Im a little nervous now seeing the posts.

At MModal but, there are not. There will never be a time again when MT's get paid for what they are worth. It is unfortunate but true. I am usually an upbeat person but, MT's are going away to "made in China" like wage. Sad...

for accounts that are busy, then of course, run out of work..Then I guess people quit and it evens out some. Then they run out..Basically, its hit and miss. But I have worked for several companies in the past and that seems to be the trend..Its all about keeping themselves in TAT..Transcriptionosts are a dime a dozen, they dont care about us

I started a few months ago and was assigned a really good account/region. I have never run out of work even once.

However, I have been here before at my other company, let US MTs train account and then bye-bye. So we shall see, but so far so good.

Is anybody else suffering each month because their client is not paying for completed transcription services ? Or do i contract for the only client that does not pay? What do we do? ...

they blame it on the transcriptionists. I get told that this must be the way the transcriptions are editing the output. Are there really that may bad/horrible transcriptionists in the company??? I don't believe there are that many poor transcriptions..... unless they are using ILP's to train the ASR. Maybe that is the question I should be asking: Is the output so poor because you (the software techs) including ILP editing?? ...
