Got a new one, my 4th in a year btw, and the last one I heard from every day, at least 10 times a day with calls, e mails, etc. This one started probably 2 weeks ago, haven't had a call from her to introduce herself, no e mail, no reply to my e mail...nothing. It is either feast or famine I guess. I just hope when it is time for vacay,I hear from her but if I don't, guess she won't miss me when I'm gone

I mean not even a hello? Not even a status update, or anything? What kind of boss is that? Any TSMs here who are like that, you should be ashamed.

TSM twice a day, but now we are lucky if we hear from her once a week. I kind of think they have them running too. I know some are just crappy at their job, but mine has always been really great and I am very thankful for that.

Maybe once every 2 weeks. Very, very rare. NM - anon

Mine NEVER answers my emails or calls requesting her to call me. Never a word last August when my dad got sick and died a week later or last week when my grandaughter had to be admitted to rehab and I called twice requesting her to call and sent her an email as well. The only time I hear from her is when we are out of tat and need "all hands on deck." Yeah right.

Thanks guys! I just don't get it. From now on I will treat her like she treats me, like she doesn't exist. I'll punch in, work if there's work or if there isn't shut it all own. That's all she'll get out of me.

No, and glad I don't. The last one I had was a nut job. Sent 20 emails a day, let us know when she was going to the bathroom.

Even though I have had several CCM/TSM through the years, all have been very communicative. We have status updates daily and I even took my vacation after she had approved it and got a call from her because she forgot after one day that my regular work was not getting done. At least I know I'm missed.

I have a great CCM now, but when I first started, I LITERALLY heard from my original one 3 times in almost 2 years, once when I was hired, before I started working to go over my schedule, once when she wanted me to change my schedule, and once when she was "leaving" (let go). She had an assistant (I don't remember what they were called back then) who handled PTO. Other than that, I was on my own.

I think my CCM is a computer - robot.

unless I screw up, unless they need something, unless I email first, or for account changes stuff..I can live very well on my own, I work my schedule religiously (when there is work)..Cant see a reason to hear from them..

okay, since they fired our old manager and this new person took over, i spend more time out of work than i do working...also, the ONLY reports i get now are over 2 minutes long (in case you didn't know, radiology is paid by report)...i used to be able to bust my butt, but make a decent living...in the past two weeks, my pay has dropped by about 45% due to lack of work and distribution of reports....all since this mangament change...i don't know if she is giving them all to her old team ...

If you want to work as an employee, try Patient First in VA. They pay by the line, never run out of work, pay hourly wage if any unforeseen downtime, and type straight dictation. I have been offered a job as IC/Business Associate. I wonder if those of us who have a higher PTO hourly rate may be pushed to the side, as they screen thru those who get a lower rate.. Its always about the dollar, bottom line. Interesting that Tier 2's seem to be getting responses. Save the Tier 3 and lower hourly PTO rate for the trenches? ...
