I'm needing to find out if anyone else out there has had trouble/issues with their foot pedal fast fwding the audios sporadically when dealing w/ the Dictaphone/EXText software. I can't seem to get any tech support from my employment nor find anything about it online. Just need help finding the right avenue to take. Anyone had this issue before???
