This is interesting because my youngest sister's name is Myla and we have only seen it one other time. I come from a family of 4 girls and we all have "M" names and mom always said that Myla was short for "my last." -- LOL
:) , NN. Clearly OP is paid properly for her work. As - always, it is not the SR, it is the line rate. NM
nn did not comment on the OP's wishes. - it was the other poster above nn

NN was only commenting on the name "myla". The one you want is probably the post above NN's, which did not use a name. Click the post you are sending a respose to instead of the last one in the thread.

Sorry I wasn't clear. I was smiling at your mom story. - NM

SR is not going away, but something can be done about rates. Want to fix your problem? Go find a place that pays better, even a little if that's all you can find. As long as you stay there blaming the SR for your problems, your employer is rewarded for dropping your pay, and they WILL continue dropping until it stops working for them.
If everyone but people who couldn't get another job moved on, even for as little as a quarter cent per line, leaving them to meet TAT and QA with newbies and baddies, they'd pay more or go out of business.
I sincerely think that the majority of us work our schedules, take pride in our work, produce quality documents and have relatively low QA submission rates. However, I also think that there are a significant number who do not comply with some or all of the above, and they have caused this joke of a company to punish all of us. Just take one look at the reports on the Repository to prove my point.
