RHIT vs. coding cert.

I have my AA degree and sat and passed for the RHIT about 10 years ago. I worked as a coder for just one year before I decided to become an MT. Obviously, this is a choice I now regret. I no longer have my RHIT so I would need to study for it, but so much has changed since then and I'm not quite sure where I should go for refresher courses? I got a degree in health information technology in 2007 by an AHIMA certified program. I did it after I got laid off from a transcription job and getting fed up, realizing I would be more marketable with the degree.
