medscribes question - fed up

I have just started recently part-time (thank goodness it is only part-time)...I have not gotten one good dictator the whole time...how does this company work...my thought is all the good ones go to VR and the ones that cannot be VR go to transcription? Does anyone have any insight into this. I am new to the whole transcription "service" industry and have always worked in-house for a hospital. thank goodness I still have that job and hope I do for a long time. At this rate, I will have to work 6 hours a day which is not part time just to make a decent wage...my young son makes that much an hour.

Anyone who currently works at Medscribes: Concerning Medscribes-Louisville, KY recent job post hours. What are they meaning with the Mon-Fri, 1/2 shift on weekend. Do they expect if you do a M-F shift you also work 1/2 a day's shift either Sat or Sun, technically working 6 days a week? Am I understanding this correctly?
