Transtech website service unavailable - hmmm

When I try to go to their website I get a message saying "service unavailable." Of course something could just be malfunctioning with the website, or is today the day that Transtech Medical Solutions ceased to exist?

Things seem to be changing quickly now. When "merger" first happened, lots of changes were announced, then silence for months, now changes again. Nothing from TT to reassure anybody that any of our jobs are safe, nothing about sudden departures recently, yet the "climate" has changed. I hate feeling so uncertain about whether the job will continue.

Posts are talking about Falcon software? - that ImedX uses....

Not good reviews on this software....I am worried we will have to use this and not get a good line count. I was hired in March and did not hear of any announced changes so have no clue... Higher up kept saying no major changes...

Advice to Management: No advice, they have made up their minds, all U.S. employees/hourly are expendable.All jobs will be sent offshore.

Cons: Frequent beta testing of workflow applications in live setting causes impaired productivity and employee irritation. Most of the managers are from the ranks, and have poor understanding of how to deal with knowledge workers. The managers who are from other fields like HR and IT have poor understanding of the processes involved but refuse to take inputs from the people who will really be affected before implementing policy.

Advice to Management: In a business which is human capital intensive, it makes sense to build policies around the needs of the base producer, instead of those in the hierarchy. It also makes sense to invest in their welfare and skills upgrading instead of taking an overt stance that they are insignificant to the core business strategy.

Seriously, this person is far more educated and professional than management and is spot on with pretty much all MTOSs.

I checked out the NTS India website and was very interested about the pay they quote for an independent contractor. The values are in paise, which convert to 100 in a rupee.
