Last MDI Paycheck is 1 week short? - Am I right about this?

or did I figure wrong? Is Transcend holding a week back? I am glad I saw this because I would have been unpleasantly surprised come pay day on 2/12.

before you said that. You're right that the 02/12 check will have only one week of work on it (covers 01/23 through 01/31 if I'm looking at the calendar right). The check from Transcend on 02/23 will have 02/01 through 02/15, so that will be a full check. We aren't really being shorted anything but it sort of feels like it with that first half check. Everything is just shifted.

Our pay periods were every 2 weeks, and during the transition to the Transcend twice-monthly schedule, I think we got a 3-day paycheck. No, we were NOT underpaid, and nothing was held back; it just seemed that way. Took some getting used to the twice-monthly schedule, but we managed.

The next official pay date is February 8. Is yours different because of your merger?

I believe there will be a payday on 2/12, it will just be - MDI/Transcender

a short payday, from 1/23 through 01/31. Then the next payday following that will be 2/23. This was discussed on one of the conference calls, plus I received a couple of emails clarifying the pay dates.

Unless you are an IC pay dates for employees this month are 02/08 and 02/23. ICs are paid 02/12 and 02/24.

I got one email stating that it was 12th and then start the regular payscale after that they gave us for employees. I later got an email from Debby stating final MDI pay was 02/08 so I am confused. I just emailed Debby to get clarification on that, whether it changed or if she messed up when sending that email.

Good grief. I did not change the way I edit. It so depends on how many commas they think you should have. Most of the time if a report is a minute or 2 long, that's no big deal. But I just had a report that was all of 20 seconds. I spent more time in the ADT screen (verifing and adding in things the clinet wants) than I did proofing it (ASR report like always), and it ended up being a measly 2 lines. I got switched to a new POD and went from accounts with long reports to one with really short ones, like at least half of them are less than a minute. Between downloading and uploading and time spent in ADT, I'm struggling with my line count and I'm wondering if anyone has good tips for how to approach these short reports in order to maximize line count. Because it's so short I got 90%. There is no coming back from that. No way to get back on the grid even if I got a slew of 100% reports in a row. And now that they wait 2 weeks instead of 1 to count your QA, this will follow me for 2 weeks instead of 1. Tell me, WHAT is my motivation now to continue doing well for the next 2 weeks? Hi I use Shorthand in word2003. I have a paragraph that I use all the time and would like to put it into shorthand, but my problem is the bolding...several words in the paragraph are bolded....how can I make this paragraph, copy it into the shorthand and have it keep those words bolded so every time I use shorthand to bring up the paragraph in a document the words stay bolded?
