that routinely took over accounts. It was an absolute nightmare. They would grab whatever they could get their fingers on and figure out how to "service" the client after they landed the acct. They never took the time to put in place the proper specs, account managers, samples, etc., as far as MTs were concerned. Most of the time, the MTs ended up pulling their butts out of the fire because they were that good. Needless to say, that company is no longer in existence.

MTs would put together "cheat sheets" to get the company through the process; MTs would then pass these "cheat sheets" amongst those working on the account so they could get the work done at a spuerior level. No thanks to management. MTs also had enough knowledge/skill, expereince to better understand what the client wanted/needed, rather than anyone in management understanding what the client wanted/needed.
