Are you talking about L*sa? Because I totally effing agree. I'd love to make money there, but when I'm spending 2 hours a day on the phone with her over every tiny mistake, plus allll the other gossip, it gets on my gd nerves. I highly, highly, highly doubt all her MTs are running at 100% accuracy especially since her QA people have made mistakes that I've caught and called them out on. Bully doesn't even begin to describe it. Micromanager from hell might be closer.
She's always talking about how busy she is. She'd be a lot less busy if she let people to the work they've been hired to do rather than picking apart mistakes that EMTs and doctors don't give two poops about. My God, she drives me nuts.
