but whatever they set as renewal, I can assure you, they are raising rates at least every other renewal if not every one. Know this for fact. Was working management for fairly good-sized MTSO and was a bit outraged to hear this in a meeting. MTSO was making 20-some cents per line, paying MTs less than half that without any raises ever. I actually left that company shortly after, just put too nasty of a taste in my mouth. But I'm sure they are ALL doing the same thing.
