for the same position you have to make your resume fit the position you apply for because artificial ignorance is what is reviewing and sorting the applications. If your resume doesnt have specific words on it, it gets trashed before it's even noticed by a human.
I applied at one well-known online retailer and ended up on their effing catalog list because of it. No job offer or even acknowlegement of the submitted application, but got a catalog.
If you're on FB, read some of their work from home groups, lots of helpful ideas on there.
