I suspect you just wanted to complain. They asked for feedback. Do you know what feedback is? It is a noun which means: Information or STATEMENTS OF OPINION, that can tell you whether something is successful or liked.

How is that so offensive to you? How did that prompt you to get back on your soapbox and cry that "Why do I have to do everything around here?!?! Applicants are so lazy!"
