All of a sudden, the template will not import into my document from WebChartMD. They keep telling me that it is because my word keeps opening up in compatibility mode, but the lady I work for says she doesn't think that is it because hers works just fine in compatibility mode. Also, it has always opened in compatibility mode and worked just fine before. Anyone have this problem or have a solution?
