People eliminate periods at the end of sentences in documents when they need to justify the right margin so it won't leave gaps. There is no hard and fast rule. For whatever reason, the OP zeroed in on the post by TT on the job board and started giving resume advice. The rad job was posted twice and both of those ads were poorly written. To me, the OP didn't sound like she was trying to help, it sounded like criticism.
