Our company doesn't even deal with a project manager any longer, just the tech department. That says a lot. Our old PM was let go; I was able to talk to her and all she said was they were "going in a different direction" and "if they offer you a chance to train as a scribe, take it." I don't think DH will be in the transcription business much longer.
