Okay, so what do you propose should happen with the doctor who, in your mind, made derogatory comments to a colleague regarding a patient? Stage a picket fest? Whatever you do, don't mention the doctor's name in writing publicly. That would be open for libel. And I agree with the others regarding in the ears and out the fingers and that's the end of your responsibility. Unless you hear a gunshot in the background, get on with your day.
I am not correcting anyone in particular on this board regarding your/you're since it's a common mistake. If you need the word "are" after the you, it's you're. Examples: Say out loud: You are having a birthday. You are pretty. The apostrophe is a substitute for the letter "a" in you are. Your shows possession: Your shoes are pretty. Your car is a nice color.
Hope this helps those who are struggling. Think of the apostrophe as a marker for the "missing" a in are, then squish together as one word.
