It is cloud storage similar to iCloud or One Drive. It would permit users to save files in a central location to be accessed from anywhere and save space on your hard drive. You are probably using some form of cloud storage when you back up your phone or other devices without realizing it. Apple and Google both charge a fee to individuals beyond a certain amount. If your company wants you to use it, you should not be charged a fee because it isn’t your personal files.
