I just wanted to give everyone a "headsup" regarding this company. The owner, DeAnna Sulzinger, is very unprofessional, inconsistent about responding, and very intimidated by MTs who have many years of transcription experience. She will lie about your test results, and take forever to make a decision regarding hiring someone. You will have to constantly be emailing her about everything you have questions on, as she seems very aloof and noncaring as to whether she responds back to you with any answers. In other words, you will be doing her job for her, because she obviously doesn't know how to do it herself properly or professionally. Save yourself a lot of headaches, and hours/days of hassle with her. She is definitely NOT worth your time!
