Inscribe Lagging - Me Posted: Jan 21st, 2023 - 10:15 am
Is anybody else's Inscribe lagging? Version 6 and 7 are both lagging and very slow during job downloads, uploads, print preview, when searching priors, etc. It's not constant but about 80% of the time. And it's getting worse. I called Emdat yesterday (Friday) afternoon but for some reason when I pressed the button(s) to route my call to tech support, it wasn't working which is weird, so I had to submit a ticket and waiting to hear back. I wanted to try and fix it myself over the weekend, if possible, so that on Monday I could actually work instead trying to get it fixed; that is, even if I hear back from Emdat. Thanks.
