No, they are US-based - WWD

Their office is located just outside of New York City and their payroll is also based out of that office. WWD has been around since the 1960s. They previously mailed paper checks (they use Bank of America and checks were always mailed from New York, so clearly US-based), but started utilizing electronic deposit several months ago. However, the owner does make mention of offshoring to reduce costs on his LinkedIn profile, so there is a very good chance that is what's happening. I have not worked there in many months, but that's what was going on when I left.
