I have worked many different platforms and our healthcare system utilized EditScript and now Inscribe. Totally different platforms. One was great, the other one not so. If you have never EVER utilized a platform that had an actual production (Word) associated with it, you never know what you're missing. Saying that, if you are making great keystrokes now, you would have made WAY MORE money with EditScript (production). Inscribe is set up one way and one way only, with no shortcuts that a MT can make her/his own. As in hitting 2 keystrokes and having it search for a period, replace it with a comma and then delete the extra space between. I had a dozen different macros with Word; that is not a feature with Inscribe. If this were just a straight transcription platform, nothing special. Editing platform, it stinks. Deliver Health will not improve it, they are moving to utilizing apps and scribes. A dying platform. They will lease this to companies wanting "something" but do your due diligence; their platform has not caught up with VR. Very few make MORE money, they are actually making less.
