I took the test and it was the weirdest test I have ever encountered through a transcription company. They want you to transcribe in Word and then convert it to Excel. I have never heard of those instructions before for any kind of transcription in the 32 years I have been in this field. They sent a few templates, one of which was their Excel template; but, it was in View mode only and there was no way to change it to Edit mode in order to transport the Word document. I sent an email to let the gal know that I was having this issue, but never heard anything back. Don't waste your time with this. It sure ain't worth the time or pay involved.
