I contacted them no long ago to report Global Med being a Pakistan-based company that is sending out inaccurate reports, and they didn't know who subcontracted under them, never heard of the company. Ok..so I did more research and found out Nuance Transcription still exists, but their staff has different job descriptions, none being transcription related. Honestly, I don't know what Nuance/DeliverHealth is doing. I thought up to this past week that DeliverHealth took over transcription and was continuing on with it. But no...they said repeatedly they sell the platforms, offer support for the software, but do not manage transcription at all. Ok..then who does? I am curious.
