How many times have I corrected he/she in a report; sometimes they say both for the same patient. How many times, corrected medications, diagnoses, dates, ages, sex of the patient, is it right side or left side and so on and yet we have to have 99% accuracy! Never a decent paying wage, never a raise or incentive, never paid holiday time, never OT, never anything that helps us. How long is going to take before every MT out there just says, "I quit." I don't care what your situation is and for those few who seem to have hit the mother lode, kudus, but you are the exception and not the rule in any sense of the word, even if it is true or not.
Even doing this job as supplemental income is a joke and a waste of time.
