but would lilke the input of those actually familiar with their work process, pay, volume of work, etc. How they are to work for. If they are nitpicky, etc. Companies can tell you anything they want to, but it is the MTs such as us, working in the trenches, that really know the facts. Any input, good, bad, or otherwise is greatly appreciated. TIA.
