I've had a couple critical errors over the years, always always date of service. last one couple months ago, comment was dictator said date of dictation, not date of service, so critical error, even though the ADT certainly implied date of dictation and service were the same. Drives me crazy. Messes with my mind too. I'm an IC, so don't know about cutting hours and all that, but I try to push through and put that out of my mind.
