Even though they have finally started utilizing direct deposit, I feel like things aren't going to be any better than when our checks were snail mailed. There are no set pay dates and it seems like they are just going to deposit our money whenever they are good and ready and it's totally random. Sorry, but that won't work for me. My bills are due by certain dates and I need to be able to budget and plan accordingly. You can't do that when you have absolutely no idea when you will be getting paid. I've got a mortgage to pay. I've moved on. My other job pays me on the 5th and 20th of each month and they never stray from those dates, so I know exactly when my money will be in the bank. Why WWD can't do this is beyond me.
