This is not just one service that does this. It has been since hospitals started to send out work that could not be done in a timely manner. Since the computer replaced the typewriter, services have found all kind of ways to make profits at the expense of the MT. Used to get paid by the gross line. Used to get compensation for being an IC and were given more to compensate for taxes and no benefits. Those days are long gone. Now it is abuse of the MT while companies find many ways to deceive.
