job openings do exist out there...
If you have a local community college, they might offer courses like medical terminology, human diseases, anatomy and physiology, computer classes, etc., if that's what your interested in reviewing again. For sure, a private school will cost you a lot more. I don't know about online courses, some of those can be nothing but scams.
You know, 10 years isn't really that long ago, the job is still basically done the same way, albeit different software, platforms, etc. But you may remember a lot more than you think once you get back into it and do just fine. Good luck!
