Follow up: If you are tired of being treated as an employee, go to the IRS site and download form SS-8 and they will determine whether or not you are an actual employee versus an Independent Contractor. You can thank my attorney for this, also, for all the actual employees of US Medisys, I am not the only one suing. There are at least two others. They have completely violated our rights as Indepenent Contractors and will be more than likely forced to withhold come next year. Cheers to all.
