At a job I am just starting that sounds similar, at the place on their platform where I pick up/download the job/audio clip to transcribe, there are other files to also download which contain the guidelines for that specific job as well as the company's guidelines overall. If you are just downloading the audio clip, you may be missing the other info that might be available? Hope this helps. (These companies intend to make it easy, but forget to communicate it to us--sound familiar?)
