I had it installed while working for M*Modal. Left M*Modal and tried to uninstall the software. You can't uninstall it without a password from the IT department! I have even tried "foolproof" software removal tools. I had tried to contact M*Modal to remove it back in the day and never got a response back, and then tried to contact Ivanti themselves telling them I didn't consent to having a program on my computer that I cannot remove and would like it removed ASAP, and even they never got back to me. I sent them many separate e-mails to their "customer service" address over the span of a year before eventually giving up. I will eventually get a new computer and will never let anyone install anything onto my system that I can't remove myself. Ever. Again. It slows down the entire computer and can't be turned off.
