Your tips come at a good time; we were just told we're getting backlog from 2 more of Hackensack's associated facilities.  The ctl/u won't change caps/regular, it underlines instead.  I put in an ESOne IT ticket and have heard nothing.  Do you know any work-arounds for changing the caps/regular since ctl/u doesn't do it?  I miss EditScript so much.  I'll take all the tips I can get!  Thank you!  I appreciate it!
