You cannot have any of the cursor options to link cursor on play, or whatever that setting is. None of that works like EditScript did (that was the best program BTW). Then templates should be good. If any of those get checked, you will accidentally delete words. And honestly, I really think DeliverHealth is looking to get out of the transcription business and into the scribe business. they are also growing their business (had a recent acquisition) so pretty sure they are trying to run this into the ground where everybody leaves and they don't have the problems they are currently having with transcription.
