If you gave it some thought, you would realize that you have more than ONE skill simply because of what it takes to do this job. I retired in February after 30 years as an MT with some medical records experience and now work in a library. I don’t think they even know what a transcriptionist does, but there are other attributes such as work ethic and willingness to learn that help people get hired. Don’t sell yourself short.
