I bought new noise-cancelling volume boosting earbuds to go along with the FX Sound  Ludox Clamor 2 Pro, on Amazon.  The earbuds alone didn't do the trick.  I'm HOH and the clarity of these little things is amazing compared to the earbuds I was using.  I don't use them for music so I don't mind that they're a little tinny, it works better for the voices for me.
