And this is the second time Medquist/Mmodal/Aquity has paid out to me over the last 20 years. I ended up as part of the class action lawsuit of about 1999/2000, also. Heck, both times, I wasn't even aware of the lawsuit.
So yeah, if you want to work for a company that loses a class action lawsuit based on labor laws every decade, go ahead. lol. Seriously, run, friend.
