It worked out for me despite some things. About the same production pay as everyone else. They used to only have employees so there were benefits, vacation pay, 401K, medical, dental, etc. They didn't mind you using vacation/sick pay for all the times you'd be out of work. QA was ok and occasionally you'd get a good manager who didn't send a lot of emails.
I was laid off when they started changing things around. They seem to be more scribe-centered now. I'd work for them again if I could mainly for the employee level and benefits.
