IC job. TTS micromanages, the owner is condescending and rude, as can be the QA and supervisory people. They lost my account, that was on EditScript, and shoved us onto Fluency. No thanks. I had no trouble with them or their excessive QA, which was Nuance, but is now, from what I hear, worse than Nuance QA. Good luck. I would still be there if it weren't for Fluency and my account going elsewhere. I was part-time so had no benefits. They expect you to adhere to your schedule.
