I realize many of you are trying to help fellow MTs, but please, if you are not actually working in a job/career that you are recommending, keep it to yourself. I see countless posts here and elsewhere that coding is the thing, or that cancer registry is "booming," or transitioning to legal will change your life. Yet, many of the coding recommendations come from those who have never done production coding, the "booming" CTR people are usually still in school for it, and the occasional legal transcription pusher took classes, did two jobs, and made a ton of money (yet never worked again in that field). Please post with full disclosure if you are actually trying to help others. Thanks.
