No - sleepymt

I asked for help from my state AG, labor and industry, etc, and didn't get any help. I contacted his accountant who told me that she no longer handles his company (effective January 12) and directed me to his phone number, which is useless. I've left messages on his phone and email. Nothing.

So that's a month and a week or so no pay that I can't get back. No 1099/tax info either but the person who helps me with my taxes said that there was a way around that, using pay stubs and account statements (thank goodness).

State agencies seemed to only be interested if I was an employee, which I wasn't.

I truly hope you and others find a way to get paid.
